Who is responsible

This website is operated by FourSeven Technology, Philippines. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact form.

What is collected

When you submit the project inquiry form, the following is sent: your name, email address, the service you selected, your project description, and, if you choose to provide them, your business name, contact number and estimated budget.

Nothing else is collected by this website. There are no analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels or embedded third-party content, and the website does not set cookies.

How it is used

Inquiry details are used only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

How it is handled

• The form is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection and delivered as an email to FourSeven Technology.
• The website does not store inquiries in a database.
• To limit spam, the server keeps a short-lived, one-way hashed record of the address a request came from. It cannot be turned back into your IP address and is discarded automatically within 24 hours.
• The hosting provider keeps standard web server access logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and operations, under its own retention policy.

How long it is kept

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a project goes ahead, for normal business records. You can ask for an inquiry to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent, consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Use the contact form with your request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
